Food Network Magazine complied a state-by-state list of the “most delicious frozen desserts in America.” South Carolina’s winner was Tristan’s Smoked Chocolate Parfait.
The cold treat consists of chocolate pudding skin, chocolate Pop Rocks, and caramelized white chocolate.
