BusinessInsider.com included Charleston among its list of the "15 U.S. Cities That Are Driving The Future." The website actually grouped the Holy City with North Charleston and Summerville for the No. 11 ranking - two spots below last year.
The list was created based on "data from both long- and short-term growth in jobs, wages, salaries, and technological output." Charleston was included thanks to its growth in the aerospace, fuel, and port industries.
Austin, Texas topped the list.
