The Charleston Animal Society will host a free party on February 27th to celebrate both their 140th anniversary and the success of their No Kill Charleston initiative. The event starts at 6 pm at the Memminger Auditorium.
After a brief meeting, there will be a cocktail reception for attendees to enjoy.
