Chef Matt Martindale will create a menu with four tapas-style sustainable seafood dishes. Wine pairings are included.
Dinner Offerings Include:
- Rock Shrimp Salad: Blood orange vinaigrette, late summer greens, pepperoncini, and citrus
- Lowcountry Shrimp & Grits: House tasso and smoked cheddar grit cake, local shrimp
- Grilled Clams: Chorizo, grilled garlic, scallion, fennel, saffron broth
- Cast Iron Flounder: Etoufee, red rice risotto, charred okra
As usual, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will support Good Catch, the Aquarium’s sustainable seafood program.
