The Good Catch Dinner Series Heads Southerly

PrintThe next Good Catch Dinner presented by the South Carolina Aquarium will be held at Southerly Restaurant and Patio on Wednesday, September 16th. The event will begin at 6:30 pm. 

Chef Matt Martindale will create a menu with four tapas-style sustainable seafood dishes. Wine pairings are included.

Dinner Offerings Include:
  • Rock Shrimp Salad: Blood orange vinaigrette, late summer greens, pepperoncini, and citrus
  • Lowcountry Shrimp & Grits: House tasso and smoked cheddar grit cake, local shrimp
  • Grilled Clams: Chorizo, grilled garlic, scallion, fennel, saffron broth
  • Cast Iron Flounder: Etoufee, red rice risotto, charred okra

As usual, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will support Good Catch, the Aquarium’s sustainable seafood program.
