On Monday, December 11th, Edmund's Oast Brewing Co. will welcome Edmund’s Oast executive chef Bob Cook to the kitchen for a special one-night collaboration called "A Number 1 Super Fiesta Fun Time Ya: An Intimate Night with Bob Cook." The event starts at 5 pm.
The evening's menu will be a blend of East and Southwest. Menu items will be have sweet, spicy, and savory components, and are meant to be eaten with your hands. Some of the dishes include Tacos Two Ways with grilled meat and moo shu pancakes, an Old-School Vegetarian Egg Roll, Fried Tripe with dipping sauce, Mexican pizza, Spicy Arbol Chile Chicken Wings, Stuffed Peppers, and more.
All items will be available a la carte. Regular menu items will also be available for purchase.
