Blue Ion, a marketing and branding agency, has announced that their new outdoor division, Outpost, has collaborated with Holy City Brewing on a beer called Way Out There.
– The hibiscus gose is a pink-hued, light beer sitting right around 3.3% ABV. It was kettle-soured and before fermentation, hibiscus and pink sea salt were added for color and flavor. Holy City Brewing calls it funky, salty, crisp, and tart. Blue Ion’s Outpost has worked with Holy City Brewing a few times over the last year by designing labels for several beers, so collaborating on a brew seemed like a natural progression. Appropriately, the company designed the Way Out There label (right), which features plants and birds that are found in the Lowcountry. Holy City Brewing will host a Way Out There Release Party on Friday, July 13th from 5 pm to 9 pm. Click here for more info on the party.
