Sean Brock, the Chef from McCrady's and Husk, is already a local legend, but he continues to make headlines nationwide. Brock made a surprise star turn in the Travel Channel's "No Reservations" with host Anthony Bourdain. Brock was featured throughout much of the episode ("Cook It Raw") as Bourdain's sidekick of sorts. The show aired on May 7 and featured chefs from around the world competing in the Cook It Raw event in Ishikawa, Japan.
