
Tickets are $75 and include lunch and a signed copy of the book.
Lunch will include three courses, featuring recipes from the book: Peanut Oyster Stew, Deviled Crab with Skillet Asparagus and Grapefruit, Huguenot Torte and Pancake Cookies. There will also be the following signature cocktails available: The Hugo, Lowcountry Lemoncello and Kumquat-Chili Bloody Mary available a la carte.
Between courses, Matt and Ted Lee will discuss how they wrote The Lee Bros. Charleston Kitchen as a tribute to the classic cuisine of the Holy City and how Charleston made them the cooks they are today.
