As temperatures finally begin to rise around the Holy City, it's time for the area's Farmers Markets to open back up for business.
Here's a look at their opening days and hours of operation by town:
- Charleston in Marion Square
- Begins April 13th and continues every Saturday from 8 am until 2 pm. Ends on 12/21/13.
- Freshfields Village at 130 Gardeners Circle in Johns Island
- Begins on June 3 and continues every Monday from 4 pm until 8 pm. Ends 8/26/13.
- Goose Creek at 150 Howe Hall Rd.
- Begins April 13th at 8am. It's unclear how long it lasts each day and when it closes for the winter.
- Mount Pleasant actually has a couple Farmers Markets
- Market Pavilion on Coleman Boulevard by Moultrie Middle School.
- Begins April 9th and continues Tuesdays from 3:30 pm until dusk. Ends 10/8/13.
- Market Pavilion on Coleman Boulevard by Moultrie Middle School.
- Towne Centre on Theatre Drive
- Begins May 11th and continues every Saturday from 9 am until 1 pm. Ends on 8/17/13.
- North Charleston at the Felix C Davis Community Center (4800 Park Circle)
- Begins April 18th and continues every Thursday from 2 pm until 7 pm. It ends in October.
- Summerville at 200 S. Main Street (First Citizens Parking Lot).
- Begins April 13th and continues every Saturday from 2 pm until 7 pm. Ends on 11/23/13.
