Last week the New York Yankees announced that Charleston RiverDogs second baseman Rob Refsnyder was promoted to the High-A Tampa Yankees.
Infielder Wilson Rosario was been promoted to Charleston from Extended Spring Training and will take Refsnyder’s spot on the roster.
