Louie's Kids will hold the 5th Annual Little Chef Big Chef Challenge at the South Carolina Aquarium on June 13th at 7 pm. Louie’s Kids is a charity organization that raises funds to help treat childhood obesity while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
The challenge event pairs some of Charleston's best chefs, including three James Beard-nominees, with children associated with the Louie's Kids organization. Each tandem then creates a dish together, which attendees will vote on. The entire challenge focuses on healthy cooking while raising money for the charity.
This year's list of cooks includes: Jeremiah Bacon (The Macintosh), Marc Collins (Circa 1886), Craig Deihl (Cypress), Nate Whiting (Tristan) and many more.
Tickets are $65 in advance. Click here for more information on the challenge.
