Charleston's French Quarter Inn was included in Trip Advisor's 2014 list of the "Best Hotels in the World." The Church Street hotel placed No. 18 on the list. It was one of only three U.S. establishments to be included.
Switzerland's Grand Hotel Kronenhof topped the list.
