Michael Honig, the winemaker and owner of Honig Vineyard & Winery, with host a special dinner with Chef Jeremiah Bacon on Wednesday, February 26th at Oak Steakhouse.
Honig has been running the family-owned Rutherford, California winery for the last thirty years. His business produces sauvignon blanc and cabernet sauvignon wines which have earned accolades from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Spirits, and more.
The dinner will begin at 6:30 pm and features five courses from Chef Bacon, each paired with one of Honig’s wines. The event is $100 per person.
