Charleston Cooks will be roughin' it at Santee State Park for the Campfire Cuisine Series.
The group will be offering a campfire cooking class featuring food that will be unlike anything you've ever whipped up while camping. Attendees will be lead through the preparation, cooking, and eating of a meal (complete with dessert) during the two-night program.
Admission includes a two-night stay in a lakeside cabin, training with a chef, the aforementioned meal and more. The class is extremely limited (only 15 participants).
