The Macintosh will debut the "Tuesday Roast," a new, monthly series on April 15th in their outdoor patio space.
Each dinner in the series will feature a special, family-style themed meal, along with special beverage pairings.
The Macintosh’s Chef de Cuisine Jacob Huder will lead the first event with a three-course menu featuring a whole roasted lamb served with local vegetables. The local Freehouse Brewery will be the featured brewer.
Here's a look at the menu:
- Crudo, strawberries, onion ash, sorrel, radish
- Grilled venison, spring onions, dandelion greens, peas, turnip purée
- Whole roasted lamb, mint, barley, persevere blood orange, baby carrots, malted barley syrup
- Milk stout float, soft pretzel
