On Tuesday, the Coastal Community Foundation will present Lowcountry Giving Day, an unprecedented day of philanthropy also known as "Lift the Lowcountry." The Lowcountry Giving Day is part a national effort called Give Local America, which encourages donating to causes within each community.
On Tuesday, you'll be able to make online donations to more than 90 Charleston and Beaufort nonprofits via www.lowcountrygivingday.org. To view a list of participating nonprofits, click here.
