Multi-instrumentalist and singer Shannon Whitworth will co-headline a performance at the Charleston Music Hall with bluegrass vets Chatham County Line on Saturday, September 27th. The show starts at 8 pm.
Whitworth is no stranger to the Holy City. She sold out the Dock Street Theatre two years ago and played with the Steep Canyon Rangers at The Music Hall a year ago. Her newest album, High Tide, was recently added to Starbucks' in-store music rotation, so you can expect to hear plenty from Whitworth in the near future.
To date, Raleigh's Chatham County Line has released seven albums and been performing for over 20 years. Their seventh album, Tightrope, was released this past May.
Tickets, which go on sale this Friday at 10 am, may be purchased here. An internet pre-sale for the show will run from 10 am until 10 pm on Thursday. You will need to use the password “tide” (no quotations), to take advantage of the pre-sale.
