The locally-adored Scrapple Sandwich from Two Boroughs Larder continues to receive press from national publications. Serious Eats chose the dish for inclusion in its list of the 12 Must-Eat Breakfast Sandwiches in America.
Chef Joshua Keeler’s sandwich includes scrapple made from heirloom pigs, local eggs, and aged cheddar. Serious Eats described it as "rich and elegantly seasoned patty with crispy edges and a soft interior that collapses into a thin, peppery layer, soaked through with egg yolk and a lightly melted slice of aged cheddar."
