The Macintosh will host the South Carolina Aquarium’s next Sustainable Seafood Initiative Beer Dinner on Tuesday, September 23rd at 6:30 pm. Ten percent of the event’s proceeds will go to the aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Initiative.
The dinner will feature four courses, which will all be paired with beer from Westbrook Brewing. The dinner will be served in the restaurant’s recently renovated outdoor patio.
- First Course: Tempura Fried Schezwan Shrimp paired with Strawberry Rhubarb Beer
- Second Course: Smoked Clam Agnolotti paired with Westbrook Weisse Weisse Baby
- Third Course: Whole Roasted Snapper paired with 2014 Marzen Beer
- Fourth Course: Ice Cream maFloat with "Can Can" Bourbon Barrel Aged Beer
The dinner is $65, plus tax and gratuity ($84.83 total). Reservations can be made by purchasing tickets here.
