Southern Season Set to Host a Fat Tuesday Soiree

mardi-gras_1_1Southern Season is hosting a Fat Tuesday Soiree on February 17th from 5 pm to 9 pm.

The Southerly's executive chef Chad Billings put together the following menu:

  • Appetizer
    • Crawfish and Alligator Sausage Gumbo
    • Grilled Oysters with Cajun Butter
    • Chicory Rubbed Pork Belly - Red Beans and Rice
  • Entrée
    • Creole Bog - Shrimp, Oysters, Andouille Sausage, Carolina Gold Rice
    • Crawfish Crusted Flounder - Sweet Corn Maque Choux, Tomato Ragout
    • Fried Smothered Pork Chops - Dirty Rice, Squash Casserole
  • Dessert
    • Beignets - Banana Fosters, Spiced Chocolate
    • Café du Monde Pot de Crème - Cappuccino Foam, Double Chocolate Biscotti
