Chase After A Cure Hosts “Bowling After a Cure” on 4/26
Chase After a Cure, an organization that raises money for childhood cancer research, will host the first “Bowling After a Cure” event on Sunday, April 26th at Sparians in Mount Pleasant. The gathering will run from 2 pm until 5 pm.
To participate, teams consisting of a captain and five or six team members must be created. Prior to the event, each team will raise money for Chase After a Cure through pledge forms or Crowdrise.com. Each bowler is required to raise at least $100, while teams are required to raise a minimum of $500.
During the event, everyone will celebrate with an afternoon of free bowling, pizza, and prizes for the top three fundraising teams. There also will be a prize for the most creative fundraiser.
For more information or to form a team, click here or contact Adam White at [email protected]. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
According to a press release, money raised at Bowling After a Cure will go towards research being done at the Medical University of South Carolina Children’s Hospital.
