MarchFourth (M4) is probably the most psychedelic thing that Charleston has seen in a long time. And they are here for one night only, and that night is May 2nd at the Music Farm. Doors open at 8 pm, for the 9 pm. You need to watch this video:

It’s burlesque, it’s jazz, it’s funk, it’s sexy, but not raunchy. It’s something that you may only get to see once. They bill themselves as a “SteamFunk Rock-n-Roll Circus Party.” That pretty much sums it up. It’s like if the circus had a drum line, a jazz band, no animals, and a stripper pole - that’s what this would be. Their purpose is to excite you and turn you on to some new things, it’s just unfortunate that they are only here one night.

This group travels world wide, year-round. Just in watching the videos you can tell they work hard. Oh, look, here’s another one:

Tickets for this all-ages show are $13 in advance or $15 at the door.

Go. Trust me.
