Revelry Brewing to Debut Summer BBQ Series with John Lewis

Beginning on June 6th, acclaimed Austin pitmaster John Lewis will set up shop at the Revelry Brewing to showcase his award-winning barbecue.

The Summer Barbecue Series, which will be held every Saturday on the patio, will be the perfect introduction for Lewis’s upcoming Charleston restaurant, Lewis Barbecue. That restaurant is scheduled to open at 464 Nassau street this fall.

Patrons will have the option to choose from selections like:

  • Brisket
  • Pulled pork
  • “Texas hot guts” (sausage)
  • A rotating list of sides

While enjoying the food, guests can ask the Revelry team for their suggested beer pairings. Meals and barbecue-by-the-pound can also be ordered to go.

The Summer Barbecue Series starts at noon every Saturday through September 5th.
