Moss, who locals may also writes for Southern Living, Serious Eats, and the Charleston City Paper, will be on-site to celebrate the release of Barbecue Lover’s The Carolinas. Guests will be able to meet the author and purchase a copy of the book while enjoying complimentary BBQ bites and Charleston Brown Water Society punch.
The book serves as a guide to the restaurants, recipes, and traditions of barbecue in the Carolinas.
The event, which runs from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, is free and open to the public.
