A popular Charleston magazine can now legally drink!
skirt! is turning 21 and will appropriately celebrate with a big blowout tomorrow night at The Restoration on King. The party is free and open to the public.
Whole Foods Market is supplying the bubbles, but there will also be a cash bar hosted by the hotel. The event will also include giveaways, a variety of cakes to taste, and live music from DJ Natty Heavy.
