The next Good Catch Dinner presented by the South Carolina Aquarium will be held on Tuesday, December 1st at High Cotton. The event will begin at 5:30 pm with a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres.
Ten-percent of the evening’s proceeds will support Good Catch, the Aquarium’s sustainable seafood program.
The four-course dinner, which features wine pairings, will include:
- Oyster Trio: Half Shell, Rockefeller, Crispy Fried
- Grilled King Mackerel: Spinach, Clam & Artichoke Broth
- Prosciutto Wrapped Swordfish: Cauliflower Gratin, Brussels Sprouts, Marinated Beets
- Ginger Pumpkin Tart: Pecan Caramel, Bourbon Mascarpone
