SOL Southwest Kitchen Introduces New Brunch Menu

SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar has introduced a new brunch menu featuring new plates and libations.

The new brunch menu, which is served every Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm includes new items like:

  • Chicken & Grits
  • SOL Hash Plates (Carnitas Pork Hash, Chicken & Chorizo Hash, and Steak & Roasted Pepper)
  • Avocado Toast
  • Brunch Salmon
  • Smothered Cowboy Bison Burrito
  • Endless Mimosas
  • The Healer (100% blue agave tequila, myers’s dark rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, coconut nutmeg rim)
  • Tequila SOLrise (jalapeño infused tequila, fresh orange juice, blackberry puree, orange sugar rim)
