O.A.R. Paddles into Riverfront Park for August Concert
In what has become somewhat of an annual tradition, O.A.R. will be performing in the Charleston area. This time around, the band’s concert will be held on Saturday, August 20th at 6 pm in North Charleston’s Riverfront Park. The Hunts and Stop Light Observations will open the show.
O.A.R. is rock band that is best known for their singles “That Was a Crazy Game Of Poker,” “Hey Girl,” “Love & Memories,” and “Shattered (Turn the Car Around).”
In celebration of their 20th anniversary, the band has announced that they will release a new album called XX on August 5th. The two CD set includes their biggest hits, live recordings, and new studio material.
Since O.A.R.’s summer tour coincides with the release of XX, every ticket purchased for the North Charleston concert will include a download of the new album upon release.
Tickets are already on sale and may be purchased here.
