Charleston Chef Frank Lee To Release “The S.N.O.B Experience” this December
Frank Lee, the founding chef of Charleston restaurant Slightly North of Broad (SNOB), has announced he will release a cookbook this winter. “The S.N.O.B Experience” is scheduled to come out on December 7th.
The cookbook is a compilation of SNOB classics, long-running seasonal plates, side dishes, sauces, and more. “The S.N.O.B Experience” will also share insight into Chef Frank Lee’s initiative to create personal relationships with local farmers.
A sampling of recipes from the cookbook includes:
- Beef Carpaccio
- Roast Leg of Lamb with Dad’s Mint Vinegar
- Softshell Crab
