Provided On Wednesday, June 14th, Nashville chef Maneet Chauha will take part in the Le Creuset Guest Chef Series. The event will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm at Le Creuset L’Atelier at 116 Ripley Point Drive. Attendees will be treated to a cooking demo, informal tastings, beer, and a signed cookbook. Chef Chauhan is the executive chef and co-owner of Chauhan Ale & Masala House and co-owner of Mantra Artisan Ales in Nashville. She is a recipient of the 2012 James Beard Foundation Broadcast Media Award for her role as a judge on Food Network's Chopped. She has also written her own cookbook, Flavors of My World.
