On Wednesday, August 16th, the Elvis Ain’t Dead Fest will be held at numerous venues throughout the Charleston area. The event is the 40th commemoration of what organizers call the “greatest hoax in American History,” the reported death of the legendary Elvis Presley.
Playing off the hoax that the singer faked his death and moved to Argentina, the festival will celebrate his “ongoing life” with Elvis-inspired food, trivia, music, and more.
