Chef Patrick Owens will open Wood & Grain, his third restaurant on Wednesday, June 28th at 4 pm. This latest venture is a wood-fired pizza restaurant and raw bar located in Mount Pleasant. Langdon's and Opal are Chef Owens' other restaurants.
Wood & Grain will feature fresh, seasonal seafood, much of it from local waters, in combination with Chef Owens’ signature wood-fired pizzas. The menu also includes items like Roasted Octopus with Romesco and Butter Beans, ceviches, salads and raw seafood. Menu items will be cooked in a wood-fired oven. The Raw Bar will open daily at 4 pm with the full-service dinner menu available from 5 pm. The restaurant will close at 10 pm Monday through Thursday and 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
