On Saturday, September 23rd, Lewis Barbecue will celebrate the harvest season of pitmaster John Lewis‘ favorite ingredient, the Hatch Green Chile. The inaugural Lewis Chile Roast will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Chefs and staff from Juan Luis, Jack of Cups Saloon, Short Grain, and Bar Normandy will all be on site cooking up roasted green chile bites while Lewis Barbecue roasts chiles for you to purchase and use at home.
Revelry Brewing will also be at the restaurant with their bard new “Made from Hatch” beer, while Bar Mash and Cathead Vodka serve up cocktails.
The event is free to attend and open to the public.
