On Thursday, September 28th, Home Team BBQ will host “Booze & Bites, Vol. 3: Rums of the Caribbean” in collaboration with Plantation Rum. The “Booze & Bites” is designed to offer guests unique spirits education and food pairings.
From 6 pm to 8 pm at the West Ashley restaurant location, patrons will be able to try five rums in the Plantation portfolio and Caribbean-inspired bites from Home Team BBQ chef Madison Ruckel. In addition, Beverage Director Adam Rothstein and Plantation Rum representative Guillaume Lamy will lead an educational talk on spirits.
