On Sunday, November 12th, downtown restaurant 492 will host its first ever Jewish Themed Brunch from 10 am to 3 pm.
Executive Chef Josh Keeler has prepared a menu that embraces Jewish culinary traditions. Highlights from the menu include:
- Bagel + Schmear
- Smoked Sturgeon Omelet and Baked Eggs
- Served with roasted lamb, Shakshouka, tomato, and spice
- Chef Keeler’s take on classic Roses Matzo Ball Soup
- A Jewish spin on a classic Double Burger, served with pastrami, Thousand Island, pickles, cheese and pita
A few of the offered sides include Potato Latke, Nueske’s Bacon and Noodle Kugel, and guests with a sweet tooth can try the Glazed Apple Fritters or Challah French Toast.
