Charleston Chef Tres Jackson is celebrating his invite to the James Beard House in New York City by hosting a preview dinner on Wednesday, February 21st at Sorghum & Salt.
“I’m honored to be invited to cook as a guest chef at the Beard House,” Jackson said through a press release. “Since it will be a memorable event for Sorghum & Salt, and we have incredible people who support us in Charleston year round, we want to celebrate and share the experience with them here at home.”
The James Beard guest chef preview dinner at Sorghum & Salt will present a sneak peak of the tasting menu Jackson will be offering in New York on March 20th. Reservations can be made at resy.com with two seating times of 6 pm and 8:15 pm.
