Edmund’s Oast Hosts a Lowcountry Boil & Raw Oyster Eating Competition on 1/27

Edmund’s Oast will host a special Lowcountry Boil and Raw Oyster Eating Competition on Saturday, January 27th starting at noon in The Bower.

Patrons can purchase a plate of boil for $12 each. There will also be a special drink menu available for purchase.

The Raw Oyster Competition will feature six contestants—three of which are restaurant friends/professionals, and the other three by selection. Interested contestants need to email [email protected] and show (or tell) the restaurant why they should be part of the competition. The winner will receive a trophy.
