Félix Cocktails et Cuisine will offer two chef collaboration lunch menus this weekend. On both Friday, February 16th, and Saturday, February 17th, the King Street restaurant will open at 11 am, instead of its usual 4 pm start, for the special lunch service.
On Friday, Chef Jason Daly from Warehouse will join Félix Executive Chef Elizabeth Shultenover in the kitchen, while Saturday's guest will be Chef Keegan Wiles of South Seas Tiki Bar.
Guests can expect a "Sandwich of the Day"offering, as well as some dishes to be graced with a gamey influence in the name of SEWE. You'll want to keep an eye on Félix's social media pages for the day's menu. On the right you can see Friday's offerings!
Félix's bar program recently welcomed the addition of French classics, the 1789 and The Sidecar. Beverage Director Davey Jones is particularly excited about his new green tea vodka-based draft cocktail, La Voilà. Another newbie is the boozy Persephone’s Revenge. And there's no doubt that the Temps de Fête, a cocktail that literally translates to 'party time', will become a fast favorite.
