Edmund’s Oast Exchange and Advanced Cicerone Brandon Plyler will lead a Barrel-Aged Beer School on Sunday, February 25th from 3 pm to 4 pm.
During this class, attendees will learn the many roles that wooden barrels can play in the production of beer. Plyler will discuss the traditions and purposes of wood and beer along with modern applications. There will be discussion on the different sizes of barrels and terminology used in the brewing world.
