HōM, the casual burger boutique and ping pong hotspot on King Street, has released a new Spring Menu highlighted by craft burgers, original cocktails, six local drafts, vegetarian-friendly dishes, and the first vegan options.
"By working with local purveyors like Ashley Bakery, we've been able to build an even tastier burger while integrating new vegetarian and vegan favorites," Executive Chef Chris Evans said via a press release. "As the weather heats up, we welcome all of Charleston for a memorable experience."
New appetizers and entrées include:
- Buffalo Cauliflower ($7.50)
- Fried cauliflower, buffalo sauce, bleu cheese, scallions, herb ranch sauce
- HōM Wrecker ($10)
- All beef patty, red dragon cheddar, bacon, fig jam, sunny-side-up egg
- Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burger ($9)
- Vegan chipotle mayo, guacamole, tomatoes, arugula
- Kung Pow Chicken Sandwich ($10)
- Grilled chicken breast, asian vegetable slaw, tempura fried shiitakes, sriracha-sweet chili mayo
New cocktails include:
- Strawberry Basil Gin ($7.50)
- Strawberries, basil, lemon, cocchi americano, gin
- Walnut Old Fashioned ($9)
- Toasted walnut infused maker's mark, walnut bitters, orange, maple syrup
- Hurricane Mitchelle ($8.50)
- Silver rum, goslings, passion fruit, pineapple, lime
- Hibiscus Margarita ($8.50)
- Espolon silver, hibiscus puree, lime
