On Saturday, June 2nd, Leon’s Oyster Shop will welcome Chef Sam Goinsalvos to the Oyster Shed.
Goinsalvos was the opening chef of San Francisco's Tartine Manufactory - a project from the famed team behind the Tartine Bakery. The restaurant was nominated for Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation, and was named a Best New Restaurant in America by both Food & Wine and Bon Appetit.
On June 2nd, Chef Goinsalvos will be bringing his love for freshly baked breads and his mastery of the sandwich to the Oyster Shed, Leon’s event space. The event will feature his sourdough breads, porchetta, and a variety of salads and accompaniments.
