Parcel 32, the newest addition on Upper King Street, will open on Tuesday, June 5th. It will be open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30 pm to 10 pm with bar service beginning at 4:30 pm.
Located inside a Charleston single home built in 1837, the restaurant includes a 60-seat main dining room, a 15-seat bar, a “living room,” a 10-seat communal table, and a 16-seat piazza.
Executive Chef Shaun Brian will offer a menu featuring small, large, and seasonal shareable plates, snacks, and desserts. Highlights include pecan meal hush puppies with pickled peppers, pimento cheese and bacon powder; chilled cucumber and blue crab soup with sugar snap peas and lemon crème fraiche; and benne and herb grilled country pork chop with sweet potato mustard, mustard greens, and pickled green tomatoes. Handcrafted cocktails and a selection of wines will also be available.
