The Greater Charleston Restaurant Association has announced that the next edition of Charleston Restaurant Week will run from Wednesday, September 5th through Sunday, September 16th (yes, that means Restaurant “Week” is actually 12 days long).
For those unfamiliar with the culinary celebration, diners spend the week sampling the varying cuisine of the Lowcountry. Participating restaurants offer prix fixe menus, discounted prices, or other specials throughout the “week.”
Over 100 restaurants will be participating in Charleston Restaurant Week this September with some newcomers joining the roster including Parcel 32, Felix Cocktails et Cuisine, Coconut Joe's Beach Grill, Dockery's, Forty-Eight Wine Bar, and Page's Okra Grill.
This year, the event is partnering with Charleston Beer Week. Be sure to look for Beer Week on the list of participating restaurants for those that are offering a special brew or pairing to highlight their menu.
