The North Charleston Cultural Arts Department is set to host another dinner theatre performance on Thursday, February 21st, with Maestro Memoirs presented by Remnant Productions. The original musical production celebrates some of the legends of Motown and Soul and offers a great night out for couples and groups.
Dinner for the evening, catered by Centerplate, will be served buffet style and includes Teriyaki glazed salmon with fresh herbs & lemon butter sauce, wild rice pilaf, roasted garden fresh squash medley, garden salad, dinner rolls, and deep dish apple pie. Tickets are on sale until Tuesday, February 19th.
Donna Lee Williams and Remnant Productions pay tribute to music legends Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, and Sam Cooke in this original musical production. Conversations in the afterlife between these legendary artists reminisce about their glory days on stages around the world and recount the men’s trials and triumphs that made their music famous and their lives unforgettable. Their colleague Aretha Franklin arrives on the scene and helps these maestros find their way back to their first love and the creation of a new sound.
