Trade a Book for a Beer at the Bay Street Biergarten on 4/9
Who says there is no such thing as a free beer? Swing by the Bay Street Biergarten on Tuesday, April 9th, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm, for the Charleston Friends of the Library’s annual Books for Bier event.
Like its name implies, guests that bring a gently used book to the Bay Street Biergarten, will receive one free beer in exchange! Also, any child who brings a children’s book to donate will receive a free root beer! (Limit one beverage per person).
During the event, the Charleston Friends of the Library will be on site selling books and will have silent auction items for attendees to bid on. Admission is FREE.
