Beginning Saturday, May 4th, Zero George will host an intimate wine seminar the first Saturday of each month from 1 pm to 3 pm in the lounge or courtyard (weather permitting). The seminars will be led by Kathryn Old, the manager and sommelier at Zero Restaurant + Bar, and a guest wine expert from the community.
Each month will feature a lively discussion around a different theme. During the seminar, guests will sample 5 different wines and enjoy a variety of light bites prepared by Chef Vinson Petrillo. Rather than a lecture-style format, the class is meant to be engaging and conversational, and guests are encouraged to ask questions.
The guest wine expert for the May 4th seminar will be Jake Smith from Grassroots Wine, and the theme will be “Rosé All Day: Beyond Provence”.
The class is $60 per person, and will be limited to just 10 guests to keep the discussion intimate and interactive. Tickets may be purchased in advance here.
