Mexican Cake, a 10.5% alcohol Imperial stout, brewed with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon, and habenero peppers, is brewed just once a year and released in May.
Hosted at the brewery’s outdoor space and coinciding with Cinco de Mayo, this year’s celebration includes different beers being poured inside and outside, plus Minero will be onsite slinging tacos served on housemade masa tortillas, along with chips, gauc, and queso.
This event is free and open to the public. All menu items will be priced al la carte and will be first come first serve.
