On Saturday, August 17th, Holy City Brewing will present “Chefs Who Like Beer,” a collaborative effort between their taproom chef Joel Norman and Russ Moore of SNOB, RJ Moody of Spero, Brian Nelson of Keg Cowboy in Columbia, Bob Cook of Edmund’s Oast, and Jacques Larson of The Obstinate Daughter and Wild Olive. The dinner service will run from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat dinner for $25 per person. There will be four different plates available. The menu is still being worked out, but they plan on offering a pork plate, a poultry plate, a seafood dish, and a vegetarian/vegan plate. The final menu will be released on Instagram on the day of the event.
