The menu, which will be available from 4 pm to close, includes:

- Braised Short Rib: Served with whipped potatoes
- Paired with: Jefferson's Pichon Bordeaux Barrel Aged
- Salted Chocolate Cheesecake
- Paired with: Jefferson's Small Batch.
