For the 16th straight year, the Grape Stomp Festival will be held out on Wadmalaw Island. The Deep Water Vineyard will host the event on Saturday, August 24th from 10 am until 5 pm.
This year's festival will include:
- Grape stomp contest
- Lucille Ball look-a-like contest
- Guests are invited to don their best Lucy costume and reenact the famous 1956 episode of I Love Lucy when Lucy takes a job in a vineyard and stomps grapes
- Live Music
- Southbound 17 will be headlining
- Food
- Drinks
- Mixed drinks, wine-a-ritas, and beer from Low Tide Brewing
- Tastings
- From Deep Water Vineyard and Firefly Distillery
- Kids Activities
- Jump Castle
- Face Painter
- Vendors
